When will registration be open?

What are the registration fees? 
Please see our registration page for all details on registration costs.

Will there be a fee waiver for presenters? 
Presenters are expected to register and participate in the conference. At this time we have no financial aid to offer to any delegates.

Where will the conference be held? 
The conference is being held at the Telus Convention Centre in downtown Calgary.

Do I have to be a member of IPA to attend the conference? 
No, although the cost of registration will be lower for members. Check out the IPA World website for a local branch.

Can I attend the Presidents’ Reception if I am not a member of the IPA?
Unfortunately not, this event is for members only. For member options, please click here.

Do you have any information on accommodation in Calgary?
Yes, we have some information here which will be updated regularly.

How do I book an exhibitors booth?
The exhibitors package will be coming soon. Stay tuned to the website and our social media for updates.

How can my organization become a conference sponsor?

What are the dates and times of the tradeshow portion of the conference?
The tradeshow will run for the duration of the conference.

I am interested in becoming a member of the IPA, what are the benefits of this?

What is a two-day registration?
A two-day registration is offered for any consecutive two days of the conference. For example, you can register for Wednesday and Thursday, or Thursday and Friday, or Friday and Saturday. During the registration process you choose which two days you will be attending.
