Move-In/Move-Out Procedures

The exhibitor shall be solely responsible for the setting up, maintaining and dismantling the exhibit stand, taking due regard for the health and safety of delegates, members of the public and staff.

Exhibitors shall not cause any damage to the venue and cover any costs should there be damage incurred. IPA Canada will not be responsible for any damages incurred by an exhibitor.

On September 13, 2017 large exhibition displays can be erected between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. Priority will be given to exhibitors with larger booths requiring more preparation time between these times. Small displays can be set up at these times also. Optional load-in locations will be provided once the exhibitor has confirmed their attendance.

All exhibitors must have their booth items removed from the facility no later than 9 p.m. on Friday, September 15, 2017 and IPA Canada will not be responsible for dismantling or storing booth materials. Exhibitors will be held liable for any penalties imposed by the venue.

All exhibitor staff must wear identification badges issued by the conference organizers at all times. Exhibitors are not permitted to attend any portion of the conference unless they have registered as a conference delegate.  Badges are not mailed out in advance.  Badge pick-up will be at the Registration Desk in the CTCC.

Exhibitors are not permitted to engage in any promotional activity outside the confines of their own exhibition space without prior permission from the conference organizers and the distribution of unpackaged food or the processing of food products is not permitted. The exhibitor and booth must not obstruct the view of adjoining exhibits nor operate its exhibit in any manner objectionable to other exhibitors.

Exhibitors are solely responsible for the security of their exhibit.
